We are a ma n pa business and expect transparency when we call in for a quote. We were given a quote on FIVE mini-splits, so we bid the job accordingly. We get there to pick them all up and find out AFTER THE FACT, that linesets are extra? Since when? We have been doing HVAC for 43 years. This set us back by almost a grand and the salesman sold us the wrong sized lineset for a 2 Ton. Thankfully, we had enough from our stock to complete that portion of our install.
