People behind. The counter are unpersonable. Do not care to help a small businessmand all they want to do is sell the big-ticket items walked in with a pair of valves from older faucet and the guy argued with me about the origin of the faucets and then proceeded to tell me he couldn't help me. Didn't even try to match up to a different Maker or even. Maybe somebody who bought the company out years prior I give them one star for having an open door and that's it.
I come into Winair (Winsupply) often and receive the best service ever. The staff are friendly, and much more competent than some of the other supply houses. In and out in under 10 minutes every single time.
Always has the materials I need at the prices my customers can afford!!
The owners need to fire Troy for his poor attitude. Very disrespectful and distasteful. Will not be coming back and will be telling all my friends within the business to stay away.
