They have the best staff here. Not only friendly, responsive, but also super helpful and willing to go extra mile! Very reasonable pricing and amazing location.

I have been living in Prescott apartments for 3+ years and have been so pleased with the staff. They go out of their way to create a friendly environment. I am especially grateful for Seth. He has been so kind and helpful in every situation. I recently had an issue with a door and Seth went out of his way to find a solution to the unique problem which saved me from spending my own money to fix it. I highly recommend living here!
