WORST RIP OFF EVER On 10/8/2010, I bought a pre-owned car from Kia of Orange Park. I found a 2009 Toyota Corolla that I liked on their used lot and decided to purchase it. We finished all financing paper work and I traded in my 2001 Dodge intrepid, which I owed a little over 1,000 on. We agreed on 500.00 for my trade in and that they would pay off my car, while adding the remaining balance to the new car. Found Car Went to them several years ago. We were looking for a mini van. They were not selling any at that time. Several months later they started to sell them and they called us but we had already got one. If they do that then they are willing to help you.
Love my Kia Purchased a 2011 Optima from Kia of Orange Park last week and love the way this car looks and drive. I did most of the work on line prior to my visit and they had the car that I wanted detailed and ready for delivery. The paper work and finance went smooth and quickly and they called me couple of days later to make sure that everything was OK and I was still happy with my purchase. KIA WARRANTIES WORTHLESS Not just Kia of OP but Kia Motors in general... my 2004 Kia Amanti was found to need a transmission a few weeks ago ... should have been under the 100,000 mile warranty. What a FARCE ! I have receipts for all the work that has ever been done on this vehicle; however, because the receipts were not EXPLICIT enough, my claim was denied by Kia Southeast Regional ... DO NOT BUY A KIA .. THE WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS .....Kia of OP is one of the Worst dealerships around.
Women Beware! I found myself at this dealership today, sitting at a desk by myself for over an hour while waiting for the sales associate to update me after a second round of haggling. Two male sales associates were sitting at a desk next to me, openly joking about their genitalia. When Jerry, my designated sales associate, returned with a payment that was not to my liking, he became rude and dismissive. I have never before seen such unprofessionalism.
Good inventory and choices Great dealership if you are looking for Kia. Good inventory and no pressure environment. I bought my last two cars from them.
No Service after Sale Too bad I didn't check around at other dealers before I bought a vehicle at Kia of O.P. in Sept. 2010. Asked for several items since I was purchasing a 2009 car. Was told by salesman he would 'check' into getting these items. Never called me so I called about 2 weeks later and again was told by same saesman he'd 'check' into it.
