I have lived in ten cities, twice in two of them, so all together I have had 14 separate dentists all were good dentists, however only one has been outstanding. Dr Downing is the first dentist who has done a great analysis. of all my teeth and told me how each of my teeth is effecting how well I am able to chew my food. What I learned was none of any group of my teeth was giving me good result in chewing. this knew but, never knew why. I know Dr Downing is by far the best dentist I have had.
I went to Prescott Valley Dental Group for the first time last week. They were extremely professional. Alyssa took my x-rays and was a sweet caring person. My Dentist and other staff were very thorough and informative. I would definitely recommend this dental group.
I have been dealing with Prescott Valley Dental since February trying to get a bridge replaced. We are now into April and I still don't have the work completed. Their office personnel are grossly incompetent and completely out of touch with their back office. The office manager made me two appointments and neglected to put them on the books.
