The fact I had to push a star at all in order to rate this facility, is not what I would have done. I have 3 children that have gone to Dr Ballard for years. I had asked for a referral for my middle child to see a skin doctor for her acne. Doctor Ballard prescribed a topical that has been off the market for yrars. So when I had asked to bring her to a specialist, she wanted to see my daughter again for the 3rd time knowing it was just for her acne.
