I had a great experience with Dr. Lad. She was thorough and took her time to explain everything. My first appointment in a long time, so I had lots of questions. I am so glad that I stayed with Prescott. If you want a person who is knowledgeable, kind, , lots of patience, listens, , then this is the person to see. Everyone in the office is helpful, and the atmosphere is relaxed and very welcoming.
Dr Vanita Lad is very knowledgeable, dedicated and professional. She takes the time to thoroughly address my concerns and explain everything in detail. They used the latest technology in eye care to do a very detailed assessment of my eyes and provided accurate recommendations. Thank you so much for a very prompt appointment to look after my concerns.
This incompetent doctor diagnosed my left eye with a 2.5 astigmatism - for 5 years I have been wearing these dangerously unbalanced eyeglasses. When I asked they told me it was my fault because my glasses weren't fitted properly. Yesterday I had a new optometrist who was shocked to see I only have a .5 barely astigmatism and my glasses were incredibly bad for me.
