Going on 2 years residing here, and I just got my first package stolen directly from the package room... where there are cameras! I guess Costco is that good! Property hasn't responded regarding it, not sure why I was expecting them to. I only requested evidence for a report. No one ever addresses anything or take accountability, and the office is always empty unless it's rent day. Everything said in the SS below is true, and it's getting noticeable worse.
Your associate was so helpful and although we still have a few details I’m sure she will walk me through it since I’m not tech savvy. Victoria and Marina went above and beyond to help me. I am so appreciative for there help over the speed bumps that I had. I have little doubt that they will continue to help with my needs.
