I’ve been living here for one year. I chose to renew my lease for another year I enjoyed it enough! The team that works here are nice and friendly. Any maintenance issue I have had have been solved within 2-3 days. I will say the only down side is the AC during the summer season. It’s not best. I would recommend to live here, in the community I feel safe and I never hear any loud neighbors. Also I have no issue with bugs in my apartment.

From the time I walked into the Leasing Office, I was greeted with a smile and all of my questions were answered with care. I was shown a unit within minutes of arriving. I was able to make a fast decision about applying. Affordability and comfortability were my priorities, amenities were a plus. Thank you!
The rent is low but the utilities are $400+ a month & fluctuates month to month between $100-150 & keeps going up which doesn’t make it persuasive to rent here. I will be moving out into a 2bdroom house which will be costing me the same 1599 a month that Omnia Charges for a 1 bedroom
