This place seems nice when you drive by but don’t be fooled. Check out the entire complex before you decide to add a lot of extra stress to your life for the next 12 months. This place seems nice but it's actually the worst. Let's start with the biggest. ONE OF THE RESIDENTS MURDERED ANOTHER RESIDENT IN THE PARKING LOT!!!! look it up it really happened. The complex tried to be hush hush about it. This caused the laundry room to be down for MONTHS. You can not contact the office unless you go in person. They are not allowed to answer any phone calls that aren't about leasing. They have so many bug problems. There were roaches in the cabinets I put my cups in. Mosquitos. One of the best experiences I ever had was with Derica she helped me with the billing process. She also showed me how to use Bilt rewards and was very friendly and nice to communicate with. Definitely a 10/10 experience.
