What a fantastic hearing center. Extremely knowledgeable and they really go out of their way to help people. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Prescott Hearimg Center helped me out In a big way. I experienced a hearing aid problem while visiting from Ohio and the team there fixed it. The staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. They definitely focus on the care of health care.
I like my hearing aids but they make it difficult to get replacement parts. My hearing aid charger (Signia) isn’t working properly, (not charging my hearing aids), rather than get me a new one, I’m being told I have to pick up a loaner and then return and swap the loaner for the replacement. This is terrible customer service and a waste of everyone’s time. Of all the audiologist/hearing centers I have tried, Prescott Hearing Center is by far the very best. Doug Dunker is very knowledgeable, patient, and excellent at helping each of his patients according to their needs. He helped me more than any of the other audiologists I have dealt with. He uses top of the line computer based programs to serve each patient. He suffers from hearing impairment himself and is able to personally understand what each of his patients is experiencing.
