There’s a new lady in apartment #4 that is absolutely obnoxious & extremely disrespectful to us (her neighbors)!! She’s either outside at ALL HOURS of the night & very early morning, smoking cigs or marijuana which both smell horrible (she just sits on the steps & the ashes are all over the place) or she’s outside with her black dog (that looks extremely malnourished & abused) without a leash on the dog & she just leaves the dogs poop all over the place!! Allowing children around 13 or 14 in APARTMENT # 4 to be smoking vapes and up all night yelling and partying also with boys . Lady sits on steps smoking weed. Yelling all hours of night. Kids running all night. Her chocolate lab no leash most of time and poops all over she never picks it up. I currently live here. We're in one of the 2 bedrooms. It's a quiet neighboring place. There are a few issues out here. The neighbor located behind the apartment is loud at times with his music, he does bother the complex at times. The manager is only here two times a week due to being manager at other properties. The apartments don't have a washer and dryer, so you have to take your laundry down to the community laundry room unless you have a portable washer and dryer.
