Have been trying reach them for weeks they don’t return my calls, no one answers the phone, the front office misplaces my information and overall go somewhere else

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated wonderfully. The receptionist, nurse, and practitioner were all friendly, caring, empathetic, and attentive to my concerns and needs. My visit could not have been better. Specifically, Sarah Claussen, FNP-C is everything I could hope for in a doctor/nurse practitioner, and I am grateful to be under her care. I left this medical appointment with a renewed sense of hope. Thank you, Prescott Family Practice & Wellness for doing what you do! You're super!!!

I've been going to Stephanie FNP and other FNP's in her office since she started this practice. She has continuously given me expert assistance in managing some complex issues of mine. I've had emergencies in which she has seen me on her lunch hour and has communicated with me via email on the patient portal about labs which needed urgent attention - on a Sunday! - and has called in a prescription to address the situation. She has also attended to my grandchildren when neighboring pediatric physicans refused to care for them... read more
