Never an issue here. They have an awesome team that goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They treat you like a friend not a customer. They explain everything, ask for your input and follow through with everything they tell you. A++++++ dental office from check in to check out!!!
Love this office, met Dr Alex Koo for the first time and he was so personable as was my hygienist May whom I have had before. Everyone is so nice, my dentist Dr Prescott was out for the day so that is why I had the pleasure of Dr Koo’s services. I love Dr Prescott as well. My whole family goes here and we have for years.
