DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! I don't say this lightly, but this was a terrible experience. I had my bike towed to Prescott Cycle because it was leaking coolant rapidly. Anthony insisted I needed a new radiator, at a cost of almost $1000 after labor. When we decided to get a second opinion from a shop specializing in radiator welding repairs he advised against it saying "it can't be repaired, it has to be replaced." If I could give this business a 5 - I would. They've had our quad for well over 6 months, this last time. We never get called, and when we do call it's just excuses. And more excuses. I would never recommend this business. The honorable thing to do would be give us our money back, and admit you can't fix it.

Honest, straight with you, no bull shit, treat you like a valuable customer. A CUSTOMER, not a nuisance. There are very few repair shops left like this one that know what there doing. Thank you Prescott Cycle Service for doing great work on my rides. Customer for life.
One of the best shops ive been to. Quick turn around great prices Duane is a nice guy and very honest they will have my business for a long time.
