This bridal salon is so cute! They have a huge variety of good quality wedding gowns and their prices are super fair, I love the ladies that helped me had been actual brides themselves where they understood very well, wedding planning, the stress of spending that much money, the excitement of finding your actual dress and not knowing how to decide for the one. They were super patient with me being indecisive and have a lot of knowledge on helping me find the perfect dress within my budget
My fiancée made an appointment here for her best friend because they had great reviews. It was the only place she had to pay for her friend to look at dresses with the worst experience from the staff. Save your money. Their attitude isn't worth it.
Rude and not willing to work with us. Maybe she was having a bad day but heard the lady talking crap about the bride when she didn't know I could hear her. She left her standing basically naked, instead of handing her another dress to change into while she hung the other dress. She didn't have her even try on the ones she originally pulled with most of the things she was looking for. Wasn't listening to her at all.
I remember coming to Prescott for my dress in 2016! They had just opened and only had a small selection, but they went above and beyond to make me feel so special. The service was top notch and I found the perfect dress. I always refer all of my friends here!
Two joyful sisters that make finding a wedding dress a fantastic experience! They never fail to slay the house down boots!
