My 2 dogs have been coming in here for years now and I have always had good treatment until today. I considered my dog bleeding from his anal gland somewhat of an emergency and without the full payment they wouldnt even help me out. What is this world coming to if a Vet doesnt care anymore than that to help a dog who has a problem.
Although we lost one of our boys last night the care he received from Dr. Cissel and his assistant Hannah was awesome. They cared for him as if he was one of their own. They were upfront on the cost and the needs of our horse. They did everything they could to help him and keep him comfortable in his final time here with us. Our horse had colic on Labor Day Weekend.. Dr anderson was awesome and we drove 3 hours to the hospital.. Jo had surgery at 4:30 am by dr Cissell he saved our horses life and we will be forever grateful.. He always answered the phone and they called us with updates.. Our horse stayed a week at the hospital and was given the best care. We appreciate all they did for us. You will be so happy you took your horse there,
