RecommendedThe staff is great and I love entertaining the friendly residents.
Take caution when negotiating with this place. They are not necessarily the Christian business as their name implies. Specifically the return of funds upon the short lived life of the tenant. They don’t care if the person dies after only 4 months. They hide behind the letter of the contract and not whether it is right or wrong to keep the money. Make sure there is a length of time clause concerning the amount to be refunded in the event of a death. It should be a declining percentage until the final rate is reached.

THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM SINCE CONSTRUCTION STARTED IN 2014 AND CONTINUES AT CORNER OF SHEPHERD & SKYLINE. MANAGEMENT IS LACKING AS IS FACILITIES REP IN RESOLVING THIS PROBLEM.
