They got me in, had a CT scan and results completed within 2 hours. I've previously waited over 8 hours for the same thing at the ER. I was in the waiting room for a total of maybe 15 minutes, but that is including triage. They got me into a room super quick and treated me with kindness, respect and dignity. I even had one practitioner joking around with me-which might not seem like a big deal, but I have "white coat syndrome" and get extremely nervous at the doctor's office. Came in for a appointment at 2:30 and left at 5:00 just for my little family not to be able to go in the ultrasound this why I chose Lovelace they included my family in my pregnancy and to top off she the ultrasound lady was extremely rude I ask her to rub the gel off my cause I couldn’t see and she threw tissue on my stomach and said I can do it
