Everyone was great except for the doctor. I felt rushed out and I felt as though she didn't do a thorough exam on my child. I expected alot more from a pediatric only urgent care. I will continue to go to the Las Estancias location where my child gets the care and attention that he needs.
This is my go to place for urgent care visits and school physicals!
Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. Will never be back and will be filing a formal complaint. The doctor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I began to explain my symptoms he harshly responded "I don't want to hear your sob story... I'm super busy and have other patients to tend to." I was shocked. I almost got up and left.
