Three attempts to schedule appointment during business hours, never a return phone call. Finally got someone to pick up...8 weeks before I could schedule “ New Patient” appointment. 8 WEEKS. Finally get in there, fill out my new patient questionnaire and I get to meet with Emily , the PA. While Emily was nice and gave me the info I needed, 8 weeks to consult with the PA? Was then told it would take another 6 WEEKS to schedule my AT HOME sleep study. 6 MORE WEEKS! I am dealing with severe sleep apnea and yes, it took me some ... read more
Called several times over a 1 week period. Always went to voicemail. No one ever called me back. The Huntersville office receptionist advised me to get another Dr. I will not deal with Presbyterian Sleep again except to have my records transferred to another MD. Totally unsatisfactory.
The absolute worse medical office I've ever been to. Zero follow up to voicemails. Had an appointment 3 weeks ago and still waiting for my cpap order.
