We were EXTREMELY dissatisfied with our experience at Western New York Immediate Care. My wife's health issues were not diagnosed accurately. Her symptoms got worse after her visit. When she saw another doctor, they were baffled by the treatment prescribed by the Western NY Immediate Care doctor. Her health improved rapidly after getting a proper diagnosis from another doctor. MY FAMILY HAD A GREAT VISIT AT IMMEDIATE CARE. MY SON WAS IN AND OUT OF THERE IN A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND THATS JUST BECAUSE HE NEEDED LAB WORK XRAY AND AN IV. THE NURSE EXPLAINED THAT THE TEST AND THE IV WOULD TAKE A LITTLE WHILE, SO WE MADE OURSELVES COMFORTABLE AND THE NURSE THE DOCTOR AND THE ASSISTANT CHECKED ON US FREGUENTLY. AS YOU KNOW GOING TO A ER YOUR LUCKY TO SEE THE DOCTOR ONCE AND THE NURSE TWICE. I WILL DEFINATELY GO BACK.
