Got a “Final Notice” letter as my first contact from them, threatening collections in 10 days. I called and they said they didn't have my insurance on file so I had to provide that to them.
Got a “Final Notice” letter as my first contact from APS, threatening collections in 10 days. No prior reminders, no itemized bill. The balance was correct per my insurance, but the tone was aggressive and stressful. Paid through their official site, but their systems update slowly. This process causes unnecessary anxiety — communication and transparency need serious improvement.

Billing is very behind the times. Made my payment in full and still was receiving bills after a few months. They stated they never received the payment and I needed to fax or mail proof of payment, no email option. My calls were dropped and I talked to 3 different people within a 10 minute span. I have to wait until they receive my info via mail to verify the payment... something just seems off
Should be zero stars. Received a statement marked as a final notice on the account. Statement was received 12 days following the statement date and states "we require payment within 10 days or we may refer your account to a collection agency." Never heard of or from this company before. No details on any supposed services provided to correspond with the charges. A name provided as "REF PHY" matches a (Novant Health) doctor that I visited once and for which I was billed for all services, including lab work, and that bill was ... read more
