Staff was very nice. That’s where it ended. Mr. Shultz is arrogant and looked at me as if I was a low-life. As a longtime Presbyterian patient and health plan member, AND, a former employee, this, man, didn’t even offer to put through a prior authorization request to get my mouth taken care of. Medicare would have accepted it with my insurance approving it as medically necessary. Instead, I am having to rely on the possible charity of someone else. My experience with Dr. Jason Shultz and the other Dental staff at Pres Oral & Maxillofacial surgery was fantastic. I had all four wisdom tooth extracted in march, and Dr. Shultz was able to extract them with such minimal collateral tissue damage that I was able to brush over the extraction sites without any bleeding that very same night
Dr. Schultz is outstanding. He immediately diagnosed my problem and described a treatment. I am considering a dental implant with this doctor's office, Thanks
