5 Star review is based on Addison Rauch, CNP! I experienced the best least painful comfortable pap exam ever!!!! She was on schedule, she was extremely friendly with a sense of humor, she listened well and was super gentle! I am usually extremely nervous and therefore my body is tight not allowing a smooth visit. I was seen at Pres downtown obgyn my ob Dr was regain Riley she referred me to bosque women’s specialist. I went and did a consult for surgery, well I thought I was going to get a date. I was told by Carrie Swartz that she won’t do my surgery. She refused. I then reached back out to my obgyn Regan Riley it has been a lil over 4 days I have left many messages with her team no effort from her or her team no call or follow up. This rating is due to my experience with this OBGYN which was absolutely less than 1/5 stars and if you’re interested, I will tell you why. (I am especially disappointed with the physician - Melissa Valdez). My original appointment was set for March 6th. They called me February 13th and asked if I could come in on the February 17th at 3pm instead. I said that was fine.
