I had a very positive experience. I picked up the new patient forms. Took them back the next day and made an appt. Everyone I interacted with was very nice, front desk, nurse and Sarah Cordova. Thank you ladies for all you do!
-5 stars. They always cancel. Front dest is insanely rude and does not care about the lives of their customers. Ive been struggling with suicidal tendencies , trying to get a therapy appointment for OVER A YEAR NOW!! all they have done is intake appointments, ask my name, email , etc. then cancel my appointments at 7am with no warning when I have waited months for the appointment. I miss Carlsbad nm this is the beginning and the best therapy I ever took
Oravec doesn't listen. Can't get past the receptionist to talk to his nurse. You're better off going to a real doctor out of town!
