-5 stars. They always cancel. Front dest is insanely rude and does not care about the lives of their customers. Ive been struggling with suicidal tendencies , trying to get a therapy appointment for OVER A YEAR NOW!! all they have done is intake appointments, ask my name, email , etc. then cancel my appointments at 7am with no warning when I have waited months for the appointment. I walked in , in need of care. I stood there for 5 minutes and the women behind the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. One of them made eye contact with me , walked away , but returned. I was thinking she was going to at roar acknowledge my existence, but no. Pretty standard behavior for crappy medical services in the part of the world where
Avoid this place, they say someone will call you back but they never do. had a therapist quit after my intiial consultation to set up therapy, after that nothing no more follow up calls just lies after lies.
