The PA spent all of 5 minutes examining my employee for an injured back and complaints of numbness and tingling in his legs. She prescribed pain meds and muscle spasm meds, didn't do any follow up or even seem to care that my employee was suffering from pain and tingling, she just wanted to get him out of there.
Terrible customers service. Back end customer service is terrible. I have been calling for months to get a schedule for flu shot and have been told they didn't have them. I was advice to call back mid week to see if they were recieved. Guess what happen they have had and now are fully booked until november.
This location is awful. When making an appointment for your child expect to have a rude and sarcastic person taking your information. I couldn’t even finish making my appointment because of how awful the guy was. Tried a second time and got someone even worse. Considering how awesome the Doctors are I’m sadden by how awful there receptionist are. I decided to find a different location and provider.
