Went from acceptable (if rustic) customer service and care to totally unacceptable in a matter of months. No blame to the local clinic staff; this is ENTIRELY on Presbyterian, which is obviously a close relative of United Health, for all the care and concern they have for their patients. When we started using Quemado Health Center in 2022, there was a staff member present M-F and incoming phone calls were accepted for scheduling, prescription requests, etc. A medical provider was in the office 2 or 3 days per week.
