Very rude and unhelpful staff. A female doctor with the last name Ferguson will walk out on you if you show any amount frustration, and claim you as a threat.

I went here as a child and I was trying to explain to the psychiatrist what I believed was wrong with me. I didn't agree with the diagnosis and decision he made so I stated I would like to take him to court. I may be wrong, but that psychiatrist/ doctor seems egoistical. I was misdiagnosed as a child and the diagnosis has pretty much followed me since then. Thankfully I find a good psychiatrist that is licensed in New Mexico, but is working out of Ohio. I received absolutely amazing care here. I was in one of the worst crises I’ve ever experienced, and the staff did such an excellent job at making sure everyone was taken care of. Great people who run the groups as well. Was able to get a care plan in place for outpatient which was very helpful. Inpatient stays sound scary, and they can be, however, this is the place to be if you’re in need.

This place has been an absolute blessing in my life. From the amazing Techs and Nurses to the two amazing women that run the groups, I am forever grateful! Although I had a wonderful experience. I truly hope to never see you guys again
