I went here in June 2025 I loved the day shift I was on the adolescent side I liked some of the night staff except for Yvette or however you spell her name while I was there Yvette and yuri the other one that works with her had to call security on us for simply stating our right and there was four of us sitting down and security was on our side not surprising I liked Eden and hunter and kris I don’t know if I spelt his name right but most of all I absolutely loved Angelica she is an amazing tech

When they are 10 minutes late I am expected to make accommodations, when I am 10 min late they tell me that it will be put in as a no show and get rescheduled to over a month later. My appointments have never taken the whole appointment time it’s normally just hop in talk for 5-10 min change meds if needed and leave. I guess I just stop my meds now because I do not want to be on the wrong meds or wrong dose for another month and because they wouldn’t see me because I was barely late is ridiculous. Not my experience. But my sons.A 39 yr. Old man that had spent 20 plus years in a structured living home in AZ.He came to live with me had a relapse Because he didn't get the meds he needed. And waspicked up after he had jumped off my car and shattered his heel and bottom of his foot..the staff there didn't even get him pain help for the first couple days there. He was anguished pain. And on his release they sent him to Rio Rancho to a group home that didn't exist. Left him in a er there all night. Yes it's ti.e someone shou... read more

I would give 0 if I could. Very rude, non professional and ridiculous. Not professional at all. Flat out lie on the parents and then are proved to be liars!!!
