I give them two stars because I found the office staff friendly and competent in taking my $20 copay. After waiting 30 days for my appointment, when I arrived I was the only patient in the waiting room. The nurse that took me to the exam room was friendly and efficient. I can't comment on Dr. Dickson because he never showed up after I waited over an hour, with 50 minutes alone in the exam room. I have ptsd from an assault that happened in a hospital. So I requested they put it in my chart. No MALE TECHS only to be triggered by a male tech coming in during my stress test. Panic attack happened and then they put in my records I was uncooperative. Even one of the female techs said that it should have been in my chart. They were supposed to update. Never happened. They charged me $280 for them to refer me to another doctor after I was referred to them and then for me to forgot to give me my lab sheet to go get my labs done. Again, worst experience ever for my first time here at this location. I will not be back. They have been nothing but a headache all morning. Front desk when exiting are very rude and I see other reviews about that as well. I wish I could give 0 stars
