Awesome attention to patient Healthcare.
Dr. West was scheduled to do a procedure for me, but he didn't show up after I had been gowned, prepped and waiting for over an hour. His staff also couldn't locate him. I learned that he left the hospital to go close on a home instead of honoring my appointment and scheduled procedure. Another kind doctor stepped in to perform the procedure so I wouldn't have to wait hours to see if Dr. West was going to come back. Dr. West isn't my doctor and will never be.
