I have been going to this urgent care for sometime when in need...this last visit will be the last!!! The NP was incompetent and no help at all! I had been suffering severe and near debilitating allergies for a month. Had tried everything over the counter and prescribed inhalers and prescribed oral route medication.NO luck! I explained to her I was new to the area and had my first in depth testing for allergies and the Medical Doctor said I had severe allergies and was a candidate for shots. I don't care for this facility Presbyterian .They don't care about there patients.I had a great Doc he left back t his State .Don't care for this place at all.????
I was calling about seeing a provider today, and was told that presbyterian no longer accepts Unitedhealthcare medicare adv. I don't believe the young woman knew what she was talking about. I called UHC and they said that all Presbyterian facilities take UHC. You need to get workers who know what insurances you accept.
