It’s unbelievable the lack of communication when it comes to test results from this practice. Waiting 4 weeks on MRI results, calling twice to try and obtain them with no call backs is completely unacceptable (this isn’t the first time….it’s August, we NEVER received results on a heart monitor reading from April). Thankfully we have a great pediatrician who was able to get those for us. We’re dealing with the HEART, the most vital organ. Do better Presbyterian Cardiology.
Dr. Dara and the whole team has been incredible. They have provided compassionate care to our little one with CHD. We were touched when Dr. Dara and his associates rounded on us after our baby had open heart surgery. I’m grateful to this team and their wonderful life-saving care.
The absolute incompetence of this office is amazing. Getting this office to send referrals to other offices is impossible, getting records to other providers, forget about it. I have had to physically drive almost 3 hours to get paperwork from this location to the new Dr less than a mile away. Make that make sense.
My granddaughter has been seen here periodically over several years. We have always had outstanding service. Dr. Simmons is knowledgeable and informative. My granddaughter was upset about doing an echocardiogram. Nerida (spelling) talked her through everything and made her feel very comfortable. She also understood the importance of my granddaughter having her mom close to her to comfort her. Thank you!
