This review is for Holly Forsythe. She is unprofessional and unreliable - a very entitled and ignorant person. Without having knowledge of the specific property for lease , she requested to run a credit. Additionally, her leasing practices are questionable and very boot legged in her ie their approach. I recommend not working with this agent or company for any potential properties as you risk running into compliance issues, city, and leasing problems. Do not rent here. They yelled at me for missing rent when we have never missed any payments. The missing rent they were yelling at me at was a random charge they applied that they waived earlier this year. Asked about lease break with the lease director and they told me to pay all months lease and lose my security deposit. How does that make sense? Pres is a hustling management company, they will hustle you out of money. This month, they just sent us a rent bill with over $2000 of random charges and i havent been in the offi... read more
