    Preppy Pet West killed my dog. I took him there for Labor Day weekend. When we went to pick him up they said they had to bathe him because he threw up that morning, but he had been doing fine the rest of his stay. That is not true. My dog looked horrible while there and he continually got worse when home. When we took him to the vet, they said he got into a toxin. They were not able to save him and he died within 2 days. My husband and I both called to see if anything happened while there and they claimed he was fine the entire time. Please neighbors, DO NOT BOARD your dog there. We had him go to day care or for grooming before and that was fine, but boarding killed him.

    This place is awesome! I brought my pets here while I was seeing a cancer specialist in Houston. Every day my pets would get so excited to come here, that they'd practically bust down every door in their path. They had the time of their life! I'll be back here every time I visit Houston!!!!

    Great and affordable I had my two doggies boarded here when we went on vacay for two weeks. When we picked them up they were as chubby and cleaner than when I left them!

    Best place for doggie daycare or pet boarding, super caring and sweet staff will always go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. definitely recommend!

    This is a professional, friendly doggie day care and boarding which I highly recommend. My dog Ernie absolutely loves it. There hasn’t been a single person working there who hasn’t treated him well and often everyone remembers him each time he comes which I find a very personal touch. Abby on the front deck is super friendly and helpful. Thanks for looking after my boy so well.

    Team was awesome 👏 we left our Clifton ( Guinea pig) for 36 days when we were out of country. They have taken care of my babie very well.. Definitely recommend this service center👏👏👏
