I've been in this shop many times. The people seemed nice enough. That being said, what salesman will be rude to you when trying to sell you something? Not a good one. The last thing that I purchased at Prepper Up was a tool for my AR-15. I purchased it to loosen the castle nut in order to put in a single point harness receiver. The person selling me the tool was very nice and told me to 'keep my receipt, just in case.' So that is exactly what I did. After getting home, I right away put that tool to use.
