I can’t say enough great things about Cece! She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home for me and my two girls. My roommate and I had the most unprofessional realtor experience. Told us we got the place so we were waiting to sign the lease with no news for 6 days. I tried to reach out multiple times, when she finally replied it was a half apology redacting what she had told us. So we got the place and then we didn’t and for over a week we could have been still looking and applying to other places. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I would highly recommend working with Ishma, Tyrone and the PREP Realty team. We worked with Ishma for quite some time (on and off for a few years) as we took our time waiting for and finding the perfect house. We felt supported 100% of the time, never rushed, and that Ishma and his team always had our best interests in mind.
Do not do business with this slumlord company!! They will rent you apartments to their “friends” with no phone number no office and no contact info (which they have all of) but refuse to give to you for the business privacy rights while your building gets condemned and the owner goes into hiding and refuses to return security deposit and rent!!
