I had used Prep My Lakehouse for many years. Very unprofessional company.They are very expensive. Most of the cleans were good. There had been a misunderstanding prior which we worked out. More recently I had a rodent issue and I got it serviced as they asked. They said they would continue service after I paid $2500 for a Terminix exclusion. I did so. PMLH was professional and went the extra mile to deep clean my outdoor living space for an important event! The power washing on my flagstone and drive was exceptional. I've already scheduled them for another project!

This company charged me $796.00 for a deep clean on my 1120 sf ranch house. The ranch house is new to me and located in an area I am not familiar - 3.5 hours from my home. My DNL found this company to help me out. Ridiculous fee! Cleaning was acceptable except for light fixtures and window screens. I feel taken advantage of.
