We bought a used Cadilac from them and have been extremely pleased. There were a couple issues after we got it but things they could not have known. They still went way beyond what we hoped for to get it taken care of. We were so impressed we have sent our Daughter and Son-in-law there as well as our son. They were treated with absolute respect and walked through the process in every way. They got very good deals on some awesome vehicles. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. I won't claim they invented customer service, but they sure have defined it. we primarily dealt with Steve Hollinger who was very knowledgeable and helpful. we actually found the vehicle we purchased on their website and contacted Steve . we live 3 hours drive away and he held the car for us although there were other inquiries on it. the vehicle had a very fair price and the condition is excellent. the owners (Tab & Mona Miller) were equally helpful and congenial. we would recommend preowned solutions highly. their approach ... read more

I had been looking for a truck for a few months and came across a Chevy Avalanche on Craigslist. It was $2500 below book so I kept thinking something has got to be wrong with this thing, I should have went with that feeling. The purchase was easy the staff was friendly, but I now know why it was booked so low, in less than 48 hours and less than 100 miles my new to me truck was on a flatbed heading towards the transmission shop.
