The staff was actually 5 star, they were fantastic!!! Took off a star as the waiting area severely lacked air, especially in a healthcare facility this should not be the case!
I had a great experience at this Preop Clinic. My appointment was at 7:00 am - I checked in at 6:55 and was promptly taken to the waiting room inside the clinic. The nurse was very friendly and polite. The doctor was also polite and apologized for the quick assessment due to the high number of patients to be seen that morning. I was out by 8:00 am. Appointment was scheduled at 12:00 we arrived 1150 but they kept us waiting. Now it's 1:20pm and no one came to see us yet. The frustrating part that our daughter is dealing with health issues and she's no fit to wait all this time. Appointment scheduling and timing can be crucial in some cases especially medication timing or other health issues that require time management but the clinic doesn't consider that. We will have to reschedule and pay the parking lot fees without getting the PreOp service.
why bother giving an appointment time if you’re just going to let me wait 2 hours?
Maybe tell people it’s going to be a 2-4 hour wait instead of saying to come 15 minutes early for the appointment time that you guys do not honour. Insane disregard for our time.
