This is exactly why I don't like answering these questionnaires after only one visit. Missy, Mallory and Sara ARE lovely people, and I'm not going to retract that. BUT someone there dropped my ball and it's causing me a great deal of grief and stress. The referring doctor knew my health history. We discussed it and it was in the file sent to the PreOp Center. THEY KNEW but they either failed to do or arrange the test I would need until after I was gone. I got a call that night telling me I couldn't get the test until 16 days... read more
