Such a great experience with both Beth and Peter. Easy, timely and great communication, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, personable and I saved thousands going with Preoh. From start to finish was very pleased. I would absolutely go with Preoh again to sell and to buy. I highly recommend them.
Borderline criminal, but apparently legal. Had an awful time dealing with them and their shady business practices when buying a home from a seller that used them. They aren't professional, downright rude and do not cover the 5% of the broker fee representing the buyer -- which is customary. This means the buyers broker doesn't receive a commission. If I didn't want the home we currently live in as much as we did, we would have walked away because they made this so unbearable.
