I have always experienced thorough and helpful customer service with troubleshooting and general device information.
I’ve had great experiences with this company. My son relies heavily on his device, and its really increased his ability to interact with the world around him. He's had it for 2 years and the customer service has always been responsive and supportive whenever we needed anything regarding his device.
I am extremely frustrated with this company and advise any parent who has the option to obtain their child’s device to look elsewhere! I have been battling them for almost SIX months to obtain my son’s device for purchase! All progress made during his 12 week trial process is now gone. When you reach out for help- they throw terms around that to the average person, not employed by their company, mean absolutely nothing- ie his application will be updated when the papers uploaded for the Pacific Region are gone through and we... read more
Garbage company. Slow, disorganized, and high turnover rate. They will waste allll of your time. Move on.
Device frequently has issues and they are backed up on loaners during repairs. This is a piece of medical equipment so very disappointing situation. My advice is to just see if your recommended program is available on an app and then buy your own device. The device itself is just an android tablet with an amplifier attached. It would be cheaper to buy your own item. They made 6K off of this device. The program my son has can also be purchased on an iPad and now my only option is to buy the software again on an iPad to have a... read more
