Fantastic dr.and friend.
I love Dr. Jay. He saved my life. I have been a patient of his since 2018. Out.of all the specialist I went to, it was Dr. Jay that found out what was wrong with me. He has been right there for me through everything and so has his staff. They are very caring compassionate and understanding. I thank God for allowing me to be under Dr. Jay care. Thank you Prentiss Primary Care for taking good care of me. I will be forever grateful ❤️🩹

Dr. Jay saved my life. I had a heart attack and was bitten by a brown recluse at the same time. I pray he will always be my doctor. He has a wonderful bedside manor and he actually cares about each of his patients. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing a very thorough and caring and knowledgeable doctor.
