When raising an issue or question of importance to me, I was met with a lengthy email response questioning ethics. Do they get that I have hired an attorney because I DON’T know what is required!?! Every written response was likely another $200 out of my retainer. Then, after settlement, they refused to respond to my requests for a refund of the balance.
