Tawni the ultrasound tech was so nice! She was super friendly and answered all the questions that we had! The front desk was also helpful and made it seem less
I was running late due to traffic and called a head of time and nobody picked up. When I got there she is just sitting there doing nothing not pickup. My phone is still on hold and she wants to reschedule me. Customer service sucks at the front desk. I will not be returning to this location
Looking at all the bad reviews I saw on this place it made me hesitant to go there, but from the first interaction I had with the lady on the phone, to the few appointments I’ve had now; I can only say my experience was amazing! They gave me so much information that at the beginning and it was quite overwhelming but everything was for the best. Had my first appointment here today. Front desk staff was super friendly and efficient. Facility was really clean and tidy. We got called in for the ultrasound within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Our room was spacious and clean with a big screen to watch the images. Our tech was kind and quick. I’d definitely come back in the future!
