Having Walter build my new complete custom home was a dream. Building a home is quite stressful but he was there every step of the way, even driving all over Houston getting the coutertops and fixtures I ahd requested. If ever I needed anything he was there to solve the problem. I reccomend Premrl construction to everyone I meet and know many have used Walter for their homes as well. I was looked for the best quality and I receivied it!
