An older fellow cold-stopped into our newly opened business and dropped off a water cooler in our office, after me repeatedly telling him we were not interested. He left it anyway, and said he'd be back in 2 weeks. He came back a month later and said he will just leave it and bill it for us moving forward. I said no, again, at which point he decided to "talk to my husband". He then proceeded to ask my husband if he was "going to let her run his business for him" and finally left. Got screwed by culligan water for 12 months. Finally went through costco & hooked up with premium water. All it took was an email over NYE holiday. Was called immediately after the holiday had 5 gallion jugs the next day. Great service & cost. Read the reviews I didn't & now we have the service we want! Thanks for great customer service which has seemed to disappear from many businesses but not from Premium.

After being on hold with the Minneapolis location for 20 min I had no luck getting ahold of anyone at all (not the first time this happened) I called the Fargo location and was talking to someone by the second ring. Brandy was able to help with what I needed right away!! Excellent customer service!!

One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with in 40 years. They lie and steal on their invoices. They’ve increased their prices 5x in the last year.
