Great company, purchased a hydraulic pump about a year ago & the motor failed. They had the pump repaired inside of an hour. AAAAAAAA ++++++ customer service!!!!!!!
Joe was super helpful in determining my problem & what I needed to buy. 100% more responsive than trying to work with the pump manufacturer.
Rachel at Premium Supply was very friendly and professional. I called this morning and asked for some hoses for one of their hydraulic cylinders and she was able to price me the hoses according to the cylinder model number. She got me pricing and a ballpark on shipping as well as a tip on the fittings on the pump vs the fittings on the pump.
