Just wanted to give a big thank you and appreciation to Eric and everyone at Premium Sound they did a great job on my wife's 21 Honda HR-V Remote Start! From the drop off process to the pick and going through the functions with her to make her feel comfortable about using it! She is really enjoying it and we will definitely be back in the future! We own a mini-van that is around 10 years old and still in exceptional shape, but we have grown accustomed to the convenience of Android Auto and Apple CarPlay in our newer sedan. Contacted Eric and Mike and they recommended a unit and installed it very quickly. It looks like it came from the factory with it. Seems trivial, but the 2015 van had a backup camera, steering wheel controls etc. All working with the new unit. Wow, Honestly I’m so very happy with the results of my experience here. I had on appointment Saturday September 7th to get my Infiniti worked on, I drove all the way from Wisconsin because no one else would do what these guys do, when I first walked into the door I was greeted by a gentleman. He asked for my name and what I was here for, very nice guy and loved his enthusiasm.
