Rafael was recommended to me a friend for whom he performed the same work. I had a leaking plumbing vent boot on my roof. Rafael came out promptly and even offered to fix it with a rubber vent boot on the spot, or to order a more long lasting lead boot. I opted for the lead boot which took a few days to acquire.
