I contacted Premium Roofing after a freakish leak on a TPO roof which was installed late 2022 had 2 small leaks. The company that did the installation offered a 12-year warranty but decided not to stand behind the installation despite me having a contract!! Great service! Easy to work with, and they paid very close attention to detail. Clean up was fastidious. All the roofers seemed "normal", no weirdos making anyone uncomfortable. Just seems like nice people doing a good job.
Such a breath of fresh air!!! Couldn't be more happy with the customer service. Called last week and had Jose out this afternoon to take a look at our problem. We had an amazing experience with Premium Roofing. Having to get a roof repaired is never a NICE thing, but if you are going to have to do it, Premium Roofing is an excellent option. They were very professional. The front office staff answered the phones and were knowledgeable and helpful. We quickly got a quote and it was easy to schedule the work. They arrived when they said they would and completed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends and we will use them again if the need arises.
