Premium Realty acted as host for the property we rented on Bribie Island (Happiness on Hoya). The ladies were super helpful and supplied us with everything we needed to reach them and gain access to the property. Premium Realty also supplied additional information at the property regarding local attractions, shopping, cafes and restaurants. A great job by the staff and the property "Happiness on Hoya" is absolutely amazing. We love the whole experience. Thanks from Roy Jones and Julie Miller.
Beautiful location, water views and sunsets. Very well equipped, spacious, quiet and very relaxing. A random electronic beep was happening in the evening - we couldn’t work out the source of it, but it didn’t happen if all kitchen and hall power was off. The front blinds are old, but these things are minor issues, was great value for money. Already planning a return trip.
Pros - Location is good, great size room and well equipped. Cons - floor was filthy, vacuum was gutless had to wear shoes inside due to sandy floor. Mould apparent in bedrooms
Very comfy and felt like o was at home
